JOB TITLE: Technical Sourcer

LOCATION: Hybrid- San Francisco, CA (Tues-Thurs onsite)

DURATION: 6 month contract

RATE RANGE: $45-55/hour

SUMMARY: Our client, SaaS leader in workplace solutions, is looking for a Technical Sourcer to join their team. If you are an expert in building top-of-funnel pipeline using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse, then this is the role for you.

Our client's workplace platform has redefined how companies welcome visitors, improve the onsite experience, book desks and meeting rooms, manage deliveries, and access accurate and unified workplace data in 16,000 locations around the globe by designing products that solve common workplace problems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build top-of-funnel pipeline using a spectrum of sourcing strategies
• Leverage tools, search methods, referrals, LinkedIn, and various channels to effectively source passive candidates
• Partner with Talent and Hiring Teams by participating in kick-off meetings and weekly hiring syncs to fully understand the entire talent pool
• Provide feedback to Talent Partners and Hiring Teams on market trends
• Develop a pipeline of talent for current openings and future hiring needs
• Consistently maintain and track pipeline activity to share with Hiring Managers and Recruiters
• Message sourced candidates to gain interest in the opportunity

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4+ years of technical sourcing experience in the technology space
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience using Greenhouse
• Ability to determine general fit for EPD teams based on required and desired qualifications
• Passion for diversity and experience engaging a varying set of candidates
• Effective and professional communicator with the ability to customize messaging
• Ability to remain current with sourcing techniques by continuing to develop skills via webinars, trainings, and networking
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, sense of team, and a desire to learn
