As a UX Designer in the operations domain, you will demonstrate your creativity, analytical, visualization, and prototyping skills, and knowledge of user-facing solutions to demonstrate the best product experiences, launch innovative features, and build internal tools that accelerate our operation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with UX designers, UX researchers, product managers, and engineers to create products for internal users
• Stay abreast of company strategy and understand deeply about internal users
• Improve internal tools, design interaction and interface based on design principles
• Build prototypes with appropriate fidelity, conduct user research and ensure building a correct solution
• Communicate design decisions and deliver design guidance with high standard to engineers
• Communicate the user experience at various stage of the design process with the users and cross-functional partners

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in UX design
• Strong prototyping experience
• Experience in shipping product features
• Ability to understand technical constraints and limitations as they apply to design decisions
• Portfolio demonstrating design process, decision making, prototypes and visual design
• Experience working on multimodal interactive product
• Experience working on internal or enterprise products
• Experience in building and shipping products that are ambiguous in scope

Bonus:

• Experience working in autonomous vehicle, mobility, or automotive industries
