Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Director Surgical Services! 15% Bonus Incentive program, plus Sign On Bonus!

Organize, direct, and supervise the functions of the Surgical unit. Includes policy and procedures are followed; safe staffing levels are maintained; supplies and equipment are at sufficient levels; and efficient patient throughput is managed. Our Surgical Director will also develop, implement, and manage the department budget, engage in ongoing quality and performance improvement, invests in lifelong learning for staff professional development and assures employees complete required annual competencies.

• Licensed RN, Associates in Nursing. BSN and Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years as Charge nurse or Supervisor in OR.
• Prior experience working in an acute care setting.
• Experience in a small community hospital strongly preferred.
• BLS is required.
