Large hospital system looking to bring on Director Case Management for a 300+ bed campus!

Serves as an interdisciplinary team member to coordinate the delivery of healthcare services leading to quality outcomes for the hospital population and their families within the limits of the financial and social resources available. Oversee all issues related to utilization review and discharge planning.

• Licensed RN with BSN preferred.
• BLS certification.
• 3+ years of acute care clinical experience with case management/utilization review experience.
• CPI is required within 30 days of hire.
