Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Operations Manager (BOM) at Pure Blue Tech located in Bellingham, WA. The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and conducting all day-to-day business operations, running the backend of the business, develop and streamline processes, analyze and monitor business units and functions, manage vendors and supply chain, manage AP/AR and finance, and effectively communicate between and interconnect business units and cross-functional teams. The BOM collaborates with and between R&D, production, sales, external collaborators, and company leadership.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience managing general business operations and/or individual departments, i.e. finance, logistics, HR, marketing, sales, project management
• Experience working at and growing a technology startup or manufacturing company
• Business operations and operations management skills
• Analytical skills and program/project management experience
• Awareness of the backend processes of sales and marketing
• Finance knowledge and understanding, and experience managing budgets, AR, AP, and FP&A
• Experience with hiring or other HR responsibilities
• Experience managing legal contract development and execution, particularly legal process/project management
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, finance, marketing, or a related field
