Job Summary: 

The Vanderblue Team is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Coordinator to lead the development and execution of all marketing initiatives. This individual will be responsible for creating and coordinating marketing materials, managing branding efforts, and supporting company-wide campaigns to elevate our real estate business. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a strong background in marketing, exceptional organizational skills, and expertise in InDesign. 

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Material Creation: 

- Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, postcards, and branded assets. 

- Develop engaging and visually appealing e-blasts for client outreach and company announcements. 

- Collaborate with agents and team leadership to create tailored marketing campaigns for listings and company events. 

Brand Management: 

- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing platforms and materials. 

- Coordinate and oversee branding initiatives to enhance the Vanderblue Team’s market presence. 

- Monitor and uphold brand guidelines, ensuring all content aligns with our values and objectives. 

Campaign Coordination: 

- Plan and execute company-wide marketing campaigns, from concept to delivery. 

- Track campaign performance and provide insights for future improvements. 

• Work closely with leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals. 

Required Qualifications: 

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a strong portfolio of work. 

- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign; experience with other design tools such as Canva is a plus. 

- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. 

- Ability to take initiative and work independently while managing multiple projects. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

- At least 1 year of experience in the real estate industry. 

- Knowledge of real estate CRM platforms and marketing trends.
