Primary Responsibilities

• Analyze concrete specifications and General Contractor developed schedules to determine duration parameters for our scope of work.
• Develop and complete detailed takeoffs and proposals.
• Maintain continuous updates on the progress of proposals.
• Consult with General Contractors and second tier subs for vital information.
• Continually work with all MSC departments from beginning to end of any awarded projects, including Operations, Project Management and Financial departments.
• Ability to communicate effectively, clearly and professionally with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Science in construction management or related degree.
• 3+ years' estimating experience in commercial construction projects.
• Knowledge of On-Screen Take Off, strong Microsoft Office skills and production reports.
