In search of a Bilingual English/Spanish HR Manager for a multi-site client focusing on comprehensive HR leadership across multiple critical areas. This position has growth opportunities and a supportive environment. Client is located south of Warsaw, IN. Must be able to speak Spanish.

HR Manager Profile:

• Bachelor's degree
• MUST - Bilingual: English - Spanish
• 5 years HR experience in a manufacturing environment
• Willingness to travel to other facilities in other states 1-2 times a month
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

HR Manager Expectations:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers

HR Manager Benefits:

• Salary Range: $95,000 - $115,000
