Our Client is seeking an Immigration Attorney to join their established law firm in Camden, NJ. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in U.S. immigration law and a passion for helping clients navigate complex immigration processes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients seeking visas, green cards, citizenship, and asylum
• Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, and appeals
• Attend hearings and represent clients before USCIS, the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), and other adjudicating bodies
• Stay abreast of the latest changes in immigration laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• License to practice law in good standing in the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in U.S. immigration law
• Bilingual - Spanish is a plus.
