Job Overview:
This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, discrimination claims, PAGA, labor relations, and employee benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in labor and employment litigation, including trials, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Provide legal counsel on employment-related issues, including wage and hour laws, employee classification, workplace policies, and employee relations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the California State Bar.
- 2+ years of experience in labor and employment law.
