Position: BGA Failure Analysis Technician

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay: $24/hour

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Your Daily Impact:

• Partner with the manufacturing supervisor to assess and manage rework schedules.
• Execute precision PCB repairs according to production plans.
• Ensure accuracy in materials, documentation, and work orders.
• Share your knowledge by conducting SOP training as needed.

What Sets You Apart:

• At least 1.5 years of extensive BGA rework expertise in a contract manufacturing environment.
• Mastery in hand soldering, including jumper wires.
• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain documentation with high accuracy.
• Team-player mentality with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Technical training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
