Position: BGA Failure Analysis Technician

Location: Winston Salem, NC

Pay: $24/hour + Benefits!

Experience:

• 1.5+ years of extensive BGA rework experience
• 1.5+ years of experience in a contract manufacturing environment

Education: Technical training or equivalent combination of education and experience

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Job Description:

• Collaborate with the manufacturing supervisor to review the daily rework schedule
• Perform PCB repairs according to the daily plan
• Validate materials and ensure documentation is complete for work orders
• Present information and address questions from managers and employees
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports
• Provide training on SOPs and related topics as needed

Position Requirements:

• Proficient in removing parts from PCBA and soldering equipment
• Skilled in hand soldering, including jumper wires
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read and follow work orders and manufacturing instructions
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to maintain professional and effective relationships at all levels of the organization
