As a Superintendent you will oversee all aspects of the construction process for high-end custom homes, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction planning to final completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Quality Control:
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure workmanship meets or exceeds industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of work in progress to identify and address any issues or deficiencies promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of construction activities, including daily logs and progress reports.
Budget Management:
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
- Review and approve subcontractor invoices and change orders.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions without compromising quality.
Client Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the construction process.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, address client concerns, and facilitate decision-making.

Team Leadership:
