About the Role:

Our client, a leading developer and builder in the Phoenix market, is seeking a seasoned Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to oversee wood-frame multifamily construction projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team with a strong portfolio and pipeline of multifamily developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project and oversee construction sequencing and timelines.
• Utilize Procore for project management, documentation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, track costs, and forecast financials to ensure projects meet profitability targets.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve design and construction challenges.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control, safety, and adherence to project plans.
• Act as the primary point of contact for owners, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
• Mentor and manage junior project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing multifamily construction projects, with a focus on wood-frame construction.
• Proficiency in Procore and MS Project, with proven experience in scheduling and project management software.
• Strong knowledge of construction best practices, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A track record of successfully delivering multifamily projects from start to finish.
