Corporate Legal Assistant:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an Estate Planning Legal Assistant for a law firm located in Seattle, WA! This is a full-time, direct hire position offering a great work environment to candidates. Ideal candidates will have at least 4+ years of estate planning experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients via telephone and email
  • Drafting routine correspondence and memos under attorney supervision
  • Maintain up-to-date document database, calendars, and client files.
  • Must be able to stay organized and have excellent communication skills

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 4+ years of estate planning experience
  • Knowledgeable on Microsoft Office, document management systems, and e-filing systems
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Have a general knowledge of real estate and corporate document
