Are you a polished and professional individual with exceptional organizational and customer service skills? Our client's law firm is seeking a receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide outstanding support to the administrative team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and enjoys being the face of a professional organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Greet clients and visitors, creating a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Schedule conference rooms and assist with coordinating audio/video conference calls and meetings.
  • Provide clerical support to administrative departments, assisting with special projects as needed.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring all operations run smoothly.


Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office 365, Zoom, and Teams.
  • Previous experience in a front office role, preferably in a law firm or other professional environment.
