My client, a leading and very successful personal injury law firm with offices in downtown Miami, is looking for a dedicated and professional Legal Receptionist to join their team as soon as possible. The position is open due to a recent promotion. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment.

Duties

• Answer incoming calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette to assist clients and direct calls appropriately.
• Handle client inquiries and provide customer support while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence management using Google Suite.
• Assist with general office duties as needed to support the team.

Experience

• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred, particularly within a legal or professional services environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting.
• Proficiency in using phone systems and office technology.
• Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is highly desirable.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required; ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele is essential.
