Role Overview

The Executive Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting our leadership team and ensuring the seamless operation of both administrative and marketing functions. This position is ideal for a highly organized individual who can manage multiple projects efficiently, thrives in a dynamic environment, and has a keen eye for detail.


Responsibilities

Administrative Support :

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Oversee data entry, organize files, and maintain a comprehensive document management system.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely communication.

Marketing Assistance :

  • Support marketing initiatives by creating and editing content using tools like Canva.
  • Manage and update the company’s LinkedIn profile, sharing news, market insights, and case studies.
  • Assist in organizing client appreciation events and promotional activities.

Property Management Support :

  • Prepare and edit property listings, ensuring accurate and engaging content.
  • Schedule and coordinate property tours, managing logistics and communications.
  • Track tenant inquiries and assist in lease documentation and client correspondence.

Project Coordination :

  • Work closely with executives to support ongoing real estate projects and client transactions.
  • Conduct market research and compile information for presentations and proposals.
