Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, ensuring efficient coordination, time management, and seamless operations across their teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior executives.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.
- Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries, correspondence, and call management.
- Organize internal and external meetings, handling logistics and technology setup.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track follow-up on action items.
- Assist in planning events, including team gatherings and board meetings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data security.
- Support special projects, ensuring objectives are met within deadlines.
- Gather and organize data for executive decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Keynote for document and presentation creation.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
- Demonstrated experience handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
