On-site 5 days/week for the first three months & then moves over to a hybrid schedule!
- Help with scheduling and internal initiatives
- Some external facing like scheduling/working with recruiters & vendors
- May see confidential documents; must be a vault
- Supporting to the COO, Chief of Staff, and the Director of HR
- Confidentiality is everything
- Will offload some event planning responsibilities
- Dotted line to Senior Management team and HR
- Must be able to prioritize conflicting things and pivot as needed
- Professional, polished
- Concur experience preferred
- Basic Excel would be great, Mail Merge
