Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Senior Executive Personal Assistant to support the office of the CEO of a global tech company and their family. This is a fantastic, full-time opportunity for someone who excels at executing a wide range of day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced environment, while consistently demonstrating discretion and sound judgment.


Typical Responsibilities:

  • Household Management: Manage schedules for children's activities and household staff (chefs, housekeepers, etc.).
  • Reservations and Appointments: Make reservations for restaurants, events, and travel; schedule and coordinate personal appointments.
  • Travel Coordination: Coordinate complex domestic and international trips (private and commercial) for the principal and their family.
  • Administrative Support: Handle email correspondence, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings.
  • Errand Running: Run personal errands, including shopping, dry cleaning, and other tasks.
  • Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and bill payments.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding personal and professional matters.
  • Communications: Act as the point of contact for various stakeholders, filtering information to appropriate parties.
  • Project Management: Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Tech Support: Troubleshoot basic technical issues and ensure all devices and software are up to date.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Office/Household Supplies: Manage the inventory of household supplies and ensure timely restocking.


Requirements:

  • Must have 10+ years of executive/personal assistant experience, with a proven track record of supporting a CEO and/or Founder.
  • Ability to work independently, decipher priorities, and make sound judgment calls.
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve, and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent and concise communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with people at all levels.
  • Highly tech-savvy.
  • Must have reliable transportation.


Location: This position is onsite in Southlake, Texas, with some local errands required.


Typical Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 A.M. to 6:00/6:30 P.M. Work may occasionally run late, start early, and/or require weekend communication. This role requires a 24/7 mentality.


Salary: $140,000-$180,000 (possible flexibility DOE), with excellent benefits.
