Job Description
- This Executive Assistant role will be responsible for assisting with the management and coordination of the administrative functions in support of the Energy Infrastructure Credit business. Participates in ongoing production processing and performs basic operational tasks under direct supervision.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage scheduling for EIC team
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of senior EIC team members
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to EIC team
- Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
- Coordinate travel arrangements for EIC team (domestic and international)
