Our client, an investment banking firm, is looking for an long term temporary Executive Assistant to support their team!

Our client requires workers to be vaccinated, subject to a request for a legally recognized accommodation request.

Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm

*Fully Onsite

Responsibilities include:

• Acting as gatekeeper, directing visitors and phone calls
• Managing complex executive calendars
• Creating all presentation collateral for meetings
• Arranging travel plans and itineraries
• Submitting expense reports
• Overseeing additional administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
• 3+ years of administrative experience
• Finance experience is a plus
• Organized, efficient, and proactive
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
