We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead our restaurant team, ensuring that every guest has a flawless dining experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, room service, and banquet facilities to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Guest Experience: Maintain the highest level of service standards, ensuring an exceptional dining experience that exceeds guest expectations. Act as a point of contact for any guest feedback or concerns.
  • Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of culinary and service professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Schedule and manage staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design and update seasonal menus, paying attention to quality, presentation, and market trends. Focus on offering a unique and refined culinary experience.
  • Inventory & Budget Management: Manage budgets, monitor food and beverage costs, and ensure accurate inventory controls. Optimize revenue through strategic upselling, promotions, and cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards. Maintain compliance with all local and state food safety regulations.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and manage special events, private dining, and large group bookings, working closely with the sales and events team to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences.
  • Vendor Relationships: Negotiate contracts and build strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring the highest quality ingredients and products at competitive prices.


Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Food & Beverage Manager role, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.


Skills

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in budgeting, inventory control, and cost analysis.
  • Knowledge of craft beer, wine, spirits, and current beverage trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality.
  • Certifications: ServSafe certification or equivalent is a plus.
