Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Facilities Manager at Charlton in the Detroit Area. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance and repair for multiple locations around metro Detroit.

Ideally some experience In:

• Drywall
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Snow removal
• Painting
• Vehicle maintenance and detail

Must be trustworthy and responsible .
