The Manager, Influencer Marketing will lead and manage influencer strategies to extend the reach of our clients brand portfolio and drive cultural impact. This role involves executing small and mid-sized influencer programs, supporting large-scale activations, and working cross-functionally with teams to ensure impactful campaigns. You will source talent, manage influencer relationships, track performance, and optimize processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with emerging and established influencers.
- Leading influencer sourcing, program development, and execution.
- Managing budgets, briefs, content reviews, and reports.
- Collaborating with internal teams to drive influencer marketing strategies and global campaigns.
- Supporting logistical needs and ensuring compliance with FTC guidelines.
- Educating teams on best practices and optimizing influencer campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in influencer marketing or talent management.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience in campaign execution.
- Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Khoros).
- BA/BS degree preferred, with <10% travel required.
