Position Overview
The Portfolio Analyst will play a key role in supporting portfolio management, stakeholder reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role offers direct exposure to Private Credit investing and provides significant responsibility over critical portfolio management workstreams. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to expand their scope of responsibility and contribute to the firm’s underwriting and execution processes over time.

Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management and Reporting:
- Manage end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for portfolio companies.
- Build and update dashboards to monitor asset- and portfolio-level performance.
- Assist with monitoring mark-to-market valuations and portfolio performance.
- Maintain and provide reports based on internal data tapes.
Investor and Stakeholder Support:
- Assist in creating marketing and reporting materials for investors, clients, and prospects.
- Manage databases of investor, client, and intermediary information.
Support for Investment Committee:
- Provide ongoing analytical support to the investment committee for new originations.
- Collaborate with senior management on underwriting and execution processes as needed.
Process Improvement and Collaboration:
- Work closely with the portfolio team and senior management to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the development of tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance.
- 1-3 years of experience in financial services (e.g., banking, investment management, or related fields).
- Demonstrated interest in financial markets, asset management, and/or private credit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or GSuite tools.
Preferred:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deliverables effectively.
- Comfortable working in a start-up environment with a flat hierarchy and dynamic responsibilities.
