Job Description

As the Senior Manager, Manufacturing Operations, you will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing our financial processes, billing systems, vendor management, and procurement strategies. You will ensure accuracy in financial reporting, optimize cash flow, and negotiate vendor agreements to support company growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly billing processes for pharmaceutical clients and waste haulers.
  • Ensure accurate setup and adjustments for billing in NetSuite, including subscriptions and one-time pickups.
  • Review annual billings for accuracy, including cost assessments from vendors.
  • Oversee accounts payable (A/P) by uploading vendor bills, reconciling statements, and scheduling payments.
  • Conduct weekly accounts receivable (A/R) reviews to align incoming revenue with A/P schedules and avoid cash shortfalls.
  • Perform monthly financial statement reviews, focusing on cost/revenue changes, irregularities, and trend diagnoses.
  • Analyze shipping data weekly to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Oversee website subscription management, including billing setups, cancellations, and RMAs.
  • Reconcile treatment facility billings by reviewing actual returns against invoiced amounts.
  • Review inventory levels and coordinate procurement to optimize cash flow and inventory efficiency.
  • Negotiate agreements with vendors to secure price breaks, discounts, and rebates.
  • Lead requests for bids (RFB) on critical components to improve vendor quality and reduce costs.
  • Establish preferential payment terms with vendors to improve cash flow.
  • Monitor staffing and contractor costs for accuracy.


Background Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in operations & finance within Supply Chain & Manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite and financial management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with vendor management and procurement negotiations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
