Job Description

Title: Senior Manager of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis


Industry: Healthcare


Location: Broward County (2 days in office and 3 days remote)


Compensation: $135,000-$145,000 plus bonus


Requirements: (Non-Negotiable)

  • 5+ years of corporate FP&A
  • Healthcare experience (MSO, DSO, Value-based healthcare, fee for service, physician practice management, etc.) required


Requirements: (Preferred )

  • MBA
  • Workday Adaptive Planning experience


Job Description:

This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial planning and analysis function within our organization. They provide strategic financial guidance and support to the executive team and play a critical role in driving financial performance and decision-making. This role involves leading a team of financial analysts, overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes, conducting financial analysis and modeling, and providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and drive business growth.


  • Oversee the annual budgeting process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and refine monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, analyzing variances to budget.
  • Drive continuous improvements in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis of business performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to executive leadership, board members, and PE sponsors.
  • Partner with executive, functional, and physician leadership to drive long-term financial planning and corporate strategy.
  • Implement proactive cash management strategies, including 13-week cash forecasting.
  • Assist in mapping growth plans, including capital expenditures, acquisitions, and investments.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track organizational performance.
  • Implement tools and processes to assess financial performance and drive accountability across teams.
  • Establish benchmarking processes to assess and improve financial performance against industry standards.
  • Lead process improvements in FP&A activities to drive efficiency, transparency, and data accuracy.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis, incorporating relevant advancements into the teams practices.
