The senior financial analyst will partner with the finance and accounting team and support decision-making. He/she will use analytical tools and skills to handle the budgeting/forecasting process, amongst other things listed below.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational teams to produce accurate P&L expense forecasts, record and analyze actual performance and develop plan to address variances
• Build financial models to predict effects of operational revenue/cost action plans
• Analyze operating results
• Assist in the development and implementation of reports for operating groups
• Summarize trends and relationships through graphs, schedules, and memoranda
• Constantly improve reporting process and analytics
• Responsible for "special project" initiatives as defined by senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field required (MBA preferred);
• Two to four years of related financial or business analysis experience ( hospitality preferred);
