Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a background in MEP consulting to join our team. This role involves designing, analyzing, and overseeing electrical systems in commercial, residential, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate is skilled in electrical design, has a strong knowledge of industry standards, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design electrical systems for various projects, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low voltage systems.
• Conduct load calculations, system layouts, and code compliance checks.
• Coordinate with other MEP disciplines, architects, and contractors to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Prepare technical specifications, reports, and construction documents.
• Conduct field inspections, site assessments, and construction administration to ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Collaborate with project teams to assess project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, standards, and code requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred or the ability to obtain it.
• Minimum of (X) years of experience in MEP consulting or related field.
• Proficiency with industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SKM, ETAP).
• Strong knowledge of NEC and other relevant codes and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
