Job Description: D365 F&O Developer
Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida (Onsite 2-3 days per week)
My client is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Developer with a passion for creating robust ERP solutions. You'll join an innovative online retail company based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and play a pivotal role in shaping our business processes. With a growing engineering team of 20, we’re looking for a dedicated developer to take ownership of our D365 F&O development and integration efforts.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary D365 F&O developer , designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including engineers, product managers, and business analysts, to gather and refine requirements.
- Develop and maintain custom workflows, plugins, integrations, and extensions within D365 F&O.
- Optimize and troubleshoot existing implementations to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Ensure smooth integration between D365 F&O and other business systems, including third-party tools and platforms.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for all customizations and configurations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest D365 F&O developments, features, and best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a D365 F&O developer, with hands-on expertise in customization, extensions, and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of X++ programming language , D365 F&O modules, and system architecture.
- Proficiency in developing solutions aligned with finance, supply chain, and retail business processes.
- Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and version control.
- Strong understanding of SQL Server , database management, and data migration.
- Familiarity with Power Platform , including Power Automate and Power Apps, is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Comfortable working onsite in Fort Lauderdale 2-3 times per week.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with online retail or e-commerce systems.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services and integrations.
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as SSRS or Power BI.
- Prior experience in a small-to-medium-sized engineering team .
