The Role

As a Founding Engineer , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our company. You’ll work directly with the founders to design, build, and scale our core platform. This is a unique opportunity to own the entire stack, contribute to strategic decisions, and have a significant impact on the success of our mission.

What You’ll Do

• Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable systems using React, Node.js, Postgres, Supabase, and OpenAI technologies.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Innovate: Explore and integrate advanced AI models and other emerging technologies to enhance our platform.
• Ownership: Take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of features, ensuring high-quality code and user experience.
• Scale: Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment as we grow.
• Mentor: Help build and lead a technical team as the company expands.

Who You Are

• Experienced Developer: 3+ years of experience building web applications with React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Startup Enthusiast: Thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys the challenges of building from the ground up.
• AI Enthusiast: Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks, especially OpenAI APIs.
• Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills with a focus on delivering creative and scalable solutions.
