We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a talented municipal water/wastewater team. This is a client-focused, hands-on role where you will combine your technical expertise with business development skills to deliver high-quality solutions.

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll network with clients to define and develop projects, build and lead high-performing teams, and oversee the successful delivery of water/wastewater engineering projects. You'll manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, scope, schedule, and budget are on point.

What You'll Bring
  • Education & Licensing : Bachelor's degree in civil, chemical, environmental, or mechanical engineering and a current Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas.
  • Experience : 15+ years in water/wastewater/reuse engineering design, including municipal project planning, design, and construction.
  • Expertise : Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and a proven track record in the Houston area with municipal water/wastewater clients.
  • Leadership : Ability to recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers while leading projects to successful outcomes.
  • Business Development : Passion for building client relationships, developing proposals, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Project Management : Demonstrated experience managing project scope, schedule, and budgets with a focus on financial success.

  • Support over $1M in new wastewater design projects annually.
  • Manage $3M+ in annual design and construction projects.
  • Build lasting client relationships through consistent engagement.
  • Lead project teams to deliver on time, within scope, and on budget.
