We are looking for for an experienced Project Manager to join an expanding business headquartered in Milwaukee. They are experts in providing industrial automation solutions to a range of industries including Automotive, Food & Beverage and Heavy Industrial

The business are looking to expand their team due to the additional project scope and extra work in their pipeline. After 30+ years in business growing from strength to strength, they are consistently expanding and growing employee's from within.

The Role

As the Project Manager, the role would include;

ø Acting as a liaison between the end client and the project engineering team.

ø Planning and managing day to day activities to ensure project execution.

ø Maintaining safety standards within the team.

ø Conducting or supporting formal reports and status updates to end client and management.

ø Delegating staff roles to complete utilizing the right skillsets in the correct areas.

Ideal Candidate

To be considered for the Project Engineering Manager role, we are looking for;

ø 7+ years working in Project Engineering.

ø Prior experience on managing Robotic and other Automation installation projects.

ø A deep knowledge of Automation.

ø Co-ordinating between Sales and Engineering to offer advice on leads and existing customers.
