5+ years of proven management experience
Technical experience with .net, C#, SQL, TSQL, and writing APIs
Experience leading or managing an offshore or nearshore team
Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce, Salelogix, etc.)

Experience managing websites in the past (Kentico or WordPress)
Day to Day:
A client in Denver, CO is looking for a Software Development Manager. The manager will be leading a nearshore team of about 10 consultants who manage the functionality of two separate CRM tools. This role is expected to be 70% managerial and 30% technical, as the manager will partake in writing APIs, responding to escalation tickets, and making improvements to the backend of the CRM tools. As the manager over this team, coordinating with and presenting to internal stakeholders will be a large portion of the role, so strong communication is key.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Pay range is between $145k-$165k annually.
