We are searching for a Field Service Engineer who would be responsible for installing, repairing, troubleshooting high-end complex machinery

· Strong mechanical/electrical skills, including hydraulic and pneumatic.

· Capable to read and understand technical drawings and schematics

· Knowledge in machine control and interface diagnostics

· Experience with control systems

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Majority of candidates time will be spent working at customer sites in the Orange County area

· Provide troubleshooting and repair of mechanical & electrical machine issues in person at customer sites

· Provide troubleshooting support for machine issues to customers over the phone

· Analyze complex electrical and mechanical machine components

· Solve electrical and machine controls issues

· Verify, align, and calibrate machinery

· Provide training to customers

· Support spare part requests

· Must be able to communicate effectively with external and internal customers

Experience and Abilities

· 5+ years of experience servicing automated and CNC machinery

· Knowledge and ability to set up and adjust mechanical and electrical machinery

· Understanding of electrical wiring, instrumentation, and troubleshooting

· Ability to read mechanical drawings

· Customer service oriented

85k - 95k+ base plus OT
