Network Engineer - Server & Storage

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and intermittently improving our clients' current global network configuration and infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional IT teams and security groups to ensure the server and storage portfolio are secure, scalable, and performing optimally.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of server storage and solutions to ensure a stable, secure, and scalable infrastructure
• Design and maintain on-premises cloud based systems, including virtualization data centers
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues
• Monitor network performance and make recommendations based on performance analysis

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure management, preferably in a professional services or legal environment
• Proficiency with cloud computing (e.g., Azure), virtualization (e.g., VMware, Citrix), scripting (e.g., PowerShell), and backup solutions (e.g., Commvault)
• Strong experience with network security tools, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and security incident management tools

This position will require hybrid-onsite time in Washington, D.C.
