SCADA Project Manager

Houston - 10% travel

$115-125k base salary

I'm working with the Solar division of a global construction company who are looking for a hands-on SCADA Project Manager to join them in their Houston location.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the design and development of SCADA systems for Solar, BESS & Substation projects – will also be responsible for monitoring these systems ad supporting with data analysis & review
• Configuring, programming and deploying SCADA hardware & software, HMIs and PLCs
• Working with technical teams to troubleshoot and fix issues, ensure security of systems and documenting configurations

Core requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in an electrical or mechanical construction environment, ideally within the solar, BESS or substation industries
• Good understanding of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA processes (design/commissioning) and communication systems
• Strong understanding of project management processes with the ability to lead end-to-end processes and working cross-functionally with technical and engineering teams

The role will be working onsite in Houston, TX with expected travel up to 10% to local sites.
