Responsibilities
· Participate in the company's Mechanical Engineering intern program, working in Technology Research and Development department and functions to familiarize with the company's logistics operations and processes.
· Learn and master key areas of engineering, such as mechanical automation, electrical engineering, logistics robot development supply chain management, warehousing, and transportation.
· Assist the Engineers in Technology Research and Development department and operations team in daily operational activities.
· Participate in logistics project management, including supply chain optimization, cost control, and mechanical efficiency improvement.
· Support senior management in strategic planning, technology development, and performance evaluation.
· Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
· Build and maintain cooperative relationships with team members, suppliers, and customers.
· Provide innovative suggestions and improvements to enhance logistics process efficiency and business outcomes.
Qualifications
· Recent graduate of the class of 2024, holding a bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Automation/supply chain/industry engineering or related field.
· Strong Hands-on skills and basic machine tool skills.
· Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
· Strong team spirit and leadership potential.
· A keen interest in the logistics industry and supply chain management.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with flexibility and adaptability. Proficiency in data analysis, MS office and report writing is required.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
