We are looking for a highly motivated Superintendent. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with a proven record of superintendent experience. We are a full-service general contractor and construction management firm with a strong reputation in the Atlanta area. We specialize with commercial, municipal, healthcare, education and industrial markets. We have been rapidly growing for the past few years!
What You Will Be Doing

• Direct all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
• Creates, maintains construction schedules, 3 week look ahead, identifies and solves problems.
• Conduct foreman meetings.
• Work with Project Management Team, Executive Leadership, Clients, etc.
  

What You Need For This Position

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in related fields above
