Most of our projects are heavily based in Monteray County and currently, we're looking for a Superintendent who can lead and supervise large projects.
What You Need for this Position

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field; or an equal amount of professional experience
• 3+ years of GC Superintendent/Project Supervision experience
• Ground up and remodeling GC construction experience
• Experience with these types of projects: industrial, healthcare, multi-family, public/private education, hospitality
• Experience tracking/managing project performance
• Experience scheduling labor scheduling for job sites
• RFI creation and management experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Valid Driver's License in Good Standing
