Our client seeks a dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to join their legal team. The successful candidate will have experience handling a wide range of personal injury cases, from intake through settlement or trial. This role requires a commitment to client advocacy, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and premises liability claims
• Conduct case evaluations, legal research, and develop case strategies
• Negotiate settlements and prepare cases for trial as needed
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers to ensure case progress and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• 3+ years of experience in personal injury law.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and litigation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
