This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with 15+ years (minimum) of commercial HVAC service experience, extensive knowledge of large HVAC equipment, and strong leadership skills. As a senior HVAC Service Technician, you will lead field operations, ensuring top-tier service, repair, and commissioning of HVAC systems.

Must Have Skillsets:

• 15+ years’ experience commercial and or residential
• If not both commercial and residential, Must have the willingness to learn/do the other
• HVAC certifications and EPA cards
• Clear MVR

Nice to Have Skillsets:

• OSHA 30 preferred
• EPA Universal Certification strongly preferred
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team in the field, balancing hands-on work with team supervision.
