Job Title: Personal Injury Attorney

Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $170,000
This Houston-based law firm is looking for an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. The main objective of the role is to provide legal guidance and representation to clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in personal injury cases, such as car accidents, slip and falls, and medical malpractice
- Provide legal counsel to clients and help them understand their rights and options
- Investigate the facts of each case and gather evidence to support clients' claims
- Negotiate with insurance companies and other parties to reach a settlement
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- 3 years of experience practicing Personal Injury law
- Strong understanding of Personal Injury law and relevant legal procedures
- Ability to manage a high volume of cases and work under pressure
- License to practice law in the state of Texas
