What You'll Be Doing
My client is seeking a seasoned and experienced (6+ years) wage and hour class and representative action attorney that can manage a team of attorneys from the inception of the lawsuit to final approval or trial. Must have a passion for advocating for employees' rights.
What You Need For The Position

• 6+ Yrs experience
• California Bar Membership
• Must have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school
• Prior experience in wage and hour class actions and representative actions
• Experience with California State and Federal courts is a must including familiarity procedural law
