Trustpoint.One is looking for a TEMPORARY Trust & Estate Attorney with 8+ years of experience in estate and tax planning , including trust administration, to assist our client’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group in their BOSTON office .

• Assignment likely to be 4-6+ months.
• Must be onsite in their Boston office.

Requirements

• Candidates should have at least 6 years of practical, experience in estate and tax planning , including trust administration.
• Must be barred in Massachusetts.
• Experience in compressive estate and tax planning for high net-worth clients and multi-generation families.
• Experience drafting sophisticated estate planning documents and advising on income, estate, gift, GST, and other tax laws attendant to this line of work.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and communication skills.

NOTE:

The pay rate will be determined based on the candidate’s industry knowledge and experience.

All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
