Our client seeks an experienced Employment Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law with a focus on handling both class action and single-plaintiff cases. This role involves managing complex employment litigation, advising clients on compliance and risk management, and working closely with clients to develop litigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- :Represent clients in class action and single-plaintiff employment litigation, including wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination cases
- .Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and prepare for hearings and trials
- .Advise clients on employment law compliance and risk mitigation strategies
- .Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to provide high-quality service and achieve favorable case outcomes
