Idexcel is seeking a talented Client Partner to manage the overall relationship for key clients based in the Seattle area. The primary goal will increase the revenue share from existing clients each year. Sell Idexcel service offerings which include Application Development & Maintenance, Cloud Services, AI, Data Services and Information Technology Outsourcing. The team will support all targeted marketing into designated accounts.
Client partner is responsible for
- Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline.
- Build, manage and continually develop a geographic-specific sales pipeline to achieve targets for new, retained, and expanded business
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with senior management at targeted firms
- Establishing and managing a client relationship with key decision makers.
- Responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and drive the sales process from initial contact to a signed contract and create a tailored sales approach for each opportunity through discovery and needs analysis
- Develop proposals; respond to RFP's and conduct face-to-face sales presentations for prospective decision makers.
- Develop and present opportunity-specific pitch materials that represent the breadth and depth of Idexcel services and experience within the context of a prospective client’s business goals
- Work in close collaboration with Idexcel presales team & delivery teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers’ business and technology needs.
- Provide support to customers during the initial phases of an engagement. Follow up and ensure total client satisfaction through the life cycle of the relationship.
- Provide ongoing executive sponsorship and high-level advisory services to clients and prospective clients in order to both ensure client retention, and identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Must have the following experience
- 10+ years of experience in a client facing role or account leadership role in the IT professional services or management consulting firm.
- Experience with project solution selling, Statement of Work (SOW) & Outsourcing.
- Experience in the global service delivery model.
- Experience selling similar Idexcel service Offerings – Applications Development & Maintenance, Cloud Services, Data Services and Information Technology Outsourcing.
- Comfortable and confident calling at the CIO, CFO, & CEO levels of target companies.
- Must have a proven track record of meeting annual sales plan
