We need an executive level Engineer, someone who loves to build and grow manufacturing processes to a pinnacle level. As we grow, we are seeking a visionary leader to join our executive team as the Vice President of Operations .

As the VP of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving our operational excellence and strategic initiatives. You will oversee all aspects of production, customization, and logistics, ensuring that our operations are efficient, scalable, and aligned with our commitment to quality. • Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive innovation.
• Work closely with executive leadership to align operations with overall business goals and customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to sanitization products.
